Having an issue with my Pitogo. Planted it back in July but it just stopped growing by November; stuck at 3 feet; maybe one new leaf in 2 months. I treat this no different than any of my others: sun, water, fertilizer, mulch., etc. I’m in SFL so no cold weather. I pulled soil back from the base and I see a big split at the base. Is this by any chance a “choke”? Suggestions? Don’t want to do anything drastic if I don’t have to.
