I am in the Northern part of India where the winters would result in around 42F or 7C temp. I cannot transplant the trees and the trees are laden with small fruits which would have needed another 3 weeks ideally to mature. In winters, in the past, I have seen fruits would freeze and not grow or split or get black from inside perhaps a fungal infection. Please advise what options i have. I need to manage this until February so 1.5 months. And these are some 3000 trees.

- Banana Cover? Plastic? would airtight solution for 1.5 months work. Or does the bunch need to 'breathe'
- Any anti-fungal solution?
- both? or none?

I plan to spray Potassium Nitrate which seems to provide some protection in winters and then cover in plastic bags for 1.5 months but not :waving:sure.:waving::waving:
