Great use of the chemical containers! And the bags!! You say "zone bender" do you need to protect some in the winter - but it never gets much below 50 and most of these can take it??
We have same plastic containers and a fork lift - so these huge "pots" have a ready made frame for moving - which we have to do as it gets a bit cooler here (to say the least).

No so far most of my bananas are ok, though the diploids take a hit and it affects bunch development. Its my other tropical fruits that im really pushing boundaries with. Yes, the main reasons I used these is cost and convenience. I move them with a skidsteer..
