so I get that you cut your banana trees down and cover roots bottom with soil.... But I'm in Austin where it's a fairly warm winter and they keep trying to spring thru and grow. Knowing that it will freeze again this winter, do I need to cut them back again??? Or leave it?

What kind of plants are those?
They look like a nice mat of Basjoos.

Hi,
What's the banana type you're trying to grow?
I'm also trying to find the info about the best banana plants for Corpus Christi, TX.
I've just purchased 7 of Musa Rojo (red bananas) in containers just to try.
