Purchased this unidentified plant off someone in the Redlands last year. Fruits emerged late September. Any thoughts? Feedback is appreciated.

I can’t see the male flowers to confirm 100% but looks like an Orinoco.

I don't think that is an Orinoco, to many ribs on the banana. Also, my Orinoco flower petals don't roll up.


Just my opinion! I been wrong before, so I divorced her.

Thank you all for the replies. It does seem like an orinoco from more of the research I've done. What gives me pause is the flowers were primarily yellow with hints of purple and other pics I've seen show the opposite. Sorry for the sideways photos :0491:
