An account I follow on Instagram claims to have brought the first Matoke Banana to the USA from Africa. If this is incorrect, who (from the US) on the forum grows Matoke? I also see that our wiki doesn't have any info on it.

I know this guy. He is in Phoenix, AZ. Been a three year project. That I remember him talking about when he started. Name is Don Olson. Sells through Shamus O'Leary's Tropical Fruit. I've been debating about going down and buying one from him.

Yes. That is the guy. Does anyone know anything about the nanners though? Are they good? USDA zone limits?

I know little about them but i have been wanting one since i first read about them. They don't ship and i want to find someone to make a deal with to ship one to me.
