Can anyone identify what's going on with my dwarf Cavendish banana plant? I've seen images of diseased banana plant leaves, but I haven't seen anything that resembles the streaks on my banana plant leaves. The streaks are yellowish, about an inch wide, and about 12-14 inches long. There are several streaks on each leaf.

Looks to me like the pigment is just filling in from a new leaf that has just opened after it was rolled up. I do not grow the dwarf Cavendish but I get that on my other cultivars/varieties and looks "normal" to me. It should green/harden up in a day or two.

Thanks, Island Brah. That's reassuring. The streaks have been there for several days, but I'll keep an eye on them and see if they fill in.

The leaf streaks are from when the roller was unrolling. Either moisture built up and caused it. Or just minor sunburn. Not sure how it happens but it does and is normal. I see it all the time and it’s totally fine. Everything looks great and perfectly normal.
