They work really well. I havn't got one yet... But I've learned tricks on how to seperate the hands without tools.

I would love to hear more on your technique if you would share it with us! I have trouble with the very compact AA type bunches even with my nanner knives. i have a little larger one and a smaller one. I almost always use the smaller of the 2. Great tools! It could just be me! Glad i didn’t become a surgeon! :banananinja:

I've been looking for one for it does make it much easier to take a hand off without taking them all off. I've noticed some bananas don't cook well when the peel is damaged. Take the Fe'i for instance. I ripped one off the rack and when it was done steaming it had completely come out of the peel. Oops.
Take hold of the top hand from underneath close to the stem and gently pull up towards you and they will rip off. Much easier when they are not hanging.
