Very easy to work on a large surface area like that.

Make sure to let it run for a while before using it each time, IF you shut it down after each use. Contaminants get in there between uses and can contaminate your agar/cultures if you don't let it run to blow that stuff out, between uses.

Yup, do a clean with bleach and run before each use.

90% rubbing alcohol works fine too. Doesn't smell bad like bleach does.
Spray bottle and wipe.

Tried TCing once. but was more work that mushrooms so I stopped. Now with the macro prop, it's easier and less hassle for somethings.

Yup, I'm going to try macro next, think its a faster method.

It's easier than all the sterilization and the precise temperatures and all that stuff.

Which is why I just stopped.
Now the macro is going so I'm hoping it will be super easy once I get it down.

What is exactly the macro method? Is that just using the old corm from a previously flowered plant?

I split pups. I was thinking of tissue culturing but I don't have the room for a hood.
