I am attempting to post some new pics but keep getting 'Your file of 4.75 MB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 4.29 MB for this filetype. '

I love it! Gives me some ideas! I have two artichokes in pots outside that I plan on bringing inside for winter. I'm sooo hoping to be able to have a harvest sometime! Have you been able to harvest artichokes?

How can I format this image into a photo album? just resave the file as a jpg on your conputer then upload it to the org i sould fit then

I will leave the Artichoke outside all year, I picked it up from the landscaper for my office, they were going to throw it away. Hopefully next year I will get a crop.

Never heard of the crinum asiacticum, the one in the Pic is a giant red leaf crinum. I babbied that one in my office onver the winter. I had one unfer my house and it is coming back very well. I have one avaiable to trade, if interested send me your email address and I will send you a pic.

Yes now that all the planting is done, but it's a bear for about 2 weeks in the spring and fall

When I look at this thread, I notice that everyone is remarking about what a nice yard you have, (you do) but nobody is answering your original question about the pix being too large. Do you have the program, "Irfanview"?

oh thats horrible! i dont think the pic is to big....but i do know that you can go into your computer and and make it smaller, i just dont know how. lovely yard!!!

I work at a software comany and one of the developrs suggested I try Irfanview, which worked to allow me to post my picture in this discussion. However I can not deposit it in my photo album.:confused:

Tried renaming them to JPG and received My_2_palms_in_background_jpg.JPG (exceeds filesize limit), The_Canna_and_Iris_side_of_my_garden_jpg.JPG (exceeds filesize limit), Giant_Red_Crinum_for_trade.JPG (exceeds filesize limit), 2008My_little_helper_who_is_43_inches_tall_with_Kniphofia_Lola_. JPG (exceeds filesize limit), Giant_red_leaf_crinim_with_Artichoke_plant_and_Washingtontonia_i n_background.JPG (exceeds filesize limit)

I was just going to suggest using the Irfanview to reduce the size of your picture. When I click on the thumbnail, in your Siam Red Tissue Culture thread, I get a picture that is so large I can only see ¼ of it at a time.
