This morning, I noticed my Raja Puri is trying to flower, but it hasn't made many leaves for this season. Will it be able to support growing the fruits without many leaves?

When mine do this I also prune the bunch. Usually at least in half. The less hands after pruning will be easier for the plant to handle. Really depends what kinda bunch comes out you will know in a few weeks. Good news is you have ALL year for the to fill! Good luck and keep us updated!

Raja Puri has a huge beautiful flower!

This is first Raja Puri fruiting for me, so I'm not sure what to expect.

About how many hands do you think I should end up keeping?

And how long do RP usually take from flower to ripening? Seems like I've heard 4 months or so.

Normally about 4 months I think. With your limited leaves I would say all year! Maybe not though. You will see pretty fast what rate it's filling as. My first bunch froze last year. The huge flower is very impressive!
