Congrats! I hope that you got what you paid for!
I'd bring them gradually in the sun...

Congrats. Those are 2 awesome varieties to grow. Goldfinger is my favorite tasting banana so far. I received a few mislabeled/incorrect plants from flordia hill. I hope you got the correct ones you wanted! Those 2 are more difficult to identify then others so you won't know for sure until they bloom. Goldfinger blooms for me in around 300 days. Mona Lisa is a slow starter but does good after it's established.

I would keep them in partial sun (greenhouse) conditions for a couple weeks. Then slowly start giving them some sun.

From Florida Hill Nursery, I presume these are young TC plantlets. They came out of a greenhouse with shading, high humidity, and misting while the roots were developing. They need special care to harden off before transplanting to the ground. ... Mist a couple times a day; put in a greenhouse or if in the house, put a plastic bag over the pot to keep the humidity high . Watch the temperature under the plastic or in the greenhouse (< than 95 deg F). Grow the plant to 12 " height before transplanting. ... Use a foliar fertilizing spray to feed the plant.

Just my opinion, so unless you live in zone 10 (Florida) harden the plants off before planting in the ground.
