I have some dwarf ducasse, looking into the naming, ducasse is also called pisang awak which is aka namwah? Is this correct? Is dwarf ducasse dwarf namwah?

I may be wrong but I understand the word ducasse is from Australia. It is a namwa/dwarf namwa. The word Kluai Nam Wa in Thailand is the same banana. Different place/language. In Cambodia it is Chek Nam Wa.. somewhere it's Pisang Awak (Malaysia maybe) etc. could be different sources and clones but the same thing or very similar. just what I think. Gabe can clear this up I'm sure.

They are all synonyms for Pisang Awak bananas. Ducasse is indeed the common Australian name for them. Dwarf Ducasse should be Dearf Namwah if true to type.

Cool, I did some more reading and found pisang ceylan is also mysore. This is why I tell people in here to check what they have is correct. There are 3 types of banana masquerading as lady finger, I know mine is right as it came tc but the other two? Also one red dacca that is green (might be a reversion) one called asian, another called primitive, a monkeyfinger that should be sucrier but isnt and a plantain called tall plantain. Ĺ
