I am growing bananas and citrus in a hoop house with heated raised beds west of Portland Oregon. The Rajapuri I bought locally looks more like a DC. It is not thriving as well as the CG, IC, DO or even the DC that I bought from a Florida vendor selling TC plants. Does anyone have a couple of true Rajapuri pups or corms they would be willing to sell?

You are correct true Raja Puri is extremely hard to find. I would guess its in the top 3 most mislabeled bananas. I have one which I got from a member and it seems like raja puri but it hasn't bloomed so I can't be 100%. I have lots of pups from it.

But also I have the real deal for sure Raja Puri clone from the USDA Tars. So I know it's correct. However no pups yet. I'm sure I will have pups later in the year if you don't find any by then.

I have purchased 2 Raja Puri TC plants and neither was Raja puri.

1st TC was dwarf cavendish

2nd TC is unknown but reaches 15'+ haha.

3rd I mentioned above I got from a member and I'm 90% sure it's real but really don't like giving pups until I'm sure.

4th is for sure real. No pups yet.

As I read more on this board, I realize my ice cream is probably a namwah. If anybody has some true ice cream, I would also like to purchase a couple of those.

Thanks Tytaylor77. If I can't find them sooner, I will definitely take you up on that. :)
