I'm not sure of the USDA zone for a red dwarf Musa, but Zone 10 is pretty warm; that's like mid Florida here. Hopefully, someone else will see this, now that I've bumped it and be able to answer your question better than me.

USDA zone 10 should be safe for pretty much any banana. More like south central Florida.(West palm on down on the Atlantic side.) You may get the occasional light frost biting the leaves, but a kill is very unlikely. At least that is my understanding. Maybe France has a different zone numerical meaning. Here is the ones for the US...

You are on the Mediterranean coast where the winters are mild and the summers are HOT. I think you might have more of a problem with the heat. Bananas tend to stop growing when the temps are above 90 deg F (32 deg C) for extended periods. Also, higher temps could cause leaf burn. Banana plants in the area would benefit with some afternoon shading from the heat & sun. Otherwise, I think you can do well with bananas. .... The USDA plant zones in France are the same as in the US.
