That's a really neat look. What's the PVC at the top for?
We have a few chicken wire rounds for storing extra fall leaves and a big wooden pallet one that we actually compost in.

yes it drains out the bottom edges. the pvc at the top I put in the original one to water the compost, it was a very dry year and we were having a lot of fires. so I just put it back on this one. the inside and the bottom is from somebodies above ground pool, it is 1/8 inch plastic. originally the bottom was a truck bed liner. this is much better.
