I grew this plant from seed. already flowering and it's only 1 1/2 - 2 feet tall. could it be root bound or because cooler weather is now come? Any info would be appreciated.

This is actually sorghum, not a sugarcane.
So it going to seed is completely normal.
It's a dwarf variety. Normal varieties can reach
up to 12-15 feet.

If you're interested in REAL sugarcane contact me. I have some very nice heirloom varieties. Purple, red, black.
$22 will get you a usps shipping envelope full, if you're here in the US.
