Hi everyone i have few diffrent banana plants but this is my first year so they all started of small six were just seedlings all growing well now, i was wondering is it to late in the year for repotting them i am in the south of the uk and should be mild until october/ november?

I personally wouldnt. Reason being it's easy to over water a plant in winter when it is in a large pot. The smaller the pot the better the drainage and the quicker it dries. I had a very bad experience with reporting a plant shortly before bringing it in. Your still a while away so if up sized 1 pot you'd probably be OK but if you don't repot you'll definitely be OK.

Go for it. Chris, your right, watch the water for sure.
Coarse sand my friends!
A lot of it mixed in the soil. Almost impossible to overwater.

Thankyou all for your replys, i would like to keep them in the smaller pots if i could being as they are coming into the conservatry for the winter and space is limited, but was not sure if it ok for them to become potbound, might just do a couple to see how they go and put most in the ground next year.
