I moved apartments, and my three banana plants did not seem to take the move very well. On top of that, I had a lot of soil gnats appear. I even had mushrooms growing in the small pot. All three began to get brown leaves and almost seemed like they were going to die. I moved all three to a sunnier spot (unfortunately, all windows are north facing in the new place) and I'd leave the lights on during the day. I also cut back on watering from once every 2 days to once every 3 days. And I bought some neem oil spray and fly paper, which seemed to cut down on the stupid flying bugs.
The plants responded very well and all three began pushing up new leaves. However, suddenly one of my plants began to shrivel in the span of two days. What could have caused this? I took care of it the same way as the other two, which are recovering very well. I'm guessing it's past the point of saving... How can I prevent my other two plants from meeting the same fate?
