No.
Please add your location to your profile.
Please describe your soil and any amendments, the quantity and frequency of watering, and the quantity and frequency of fertilizers you have given the plants so far.
Also, please do not use the attachment feature to post photos.
I wouldn't have planted it so deep.
It looks like it's planted in clay and that type of soil doesn't drain well and is very hard on the roots of your small banana plant.
That's my guess with the info provided. You should do what Richard said to have a more accurate answer.

No. If it's newly planted it's in full sun it's probably sun burn. Do nothing or apply SPF 70.

I think I see a lot of manure there... If so, remember, manure drops a lot of it's nitrogen into the soil FAST and will burn plants (Done it myself, and it looks similar to these pics.). I would guess that or like others said, sunburn (Maybe both.). Either way they look like they will be ok in the long run as the new growth looks ok as far as I can see.
Still, location and soil type as well as anything you have added will help us to be more sure, like Richard said above.

The location is state- Punjab ,Country- India
It's not planted so deep . The size of plants is small, so they looks like this.
