I am now officially on the ballot for Soil and Water Supervisor in November! :woohoonaner:

I have four challengers, but it looks like all of them are on the opposite party, so I have a good chance of carrying this. They split their vote waaaay too much. :08:

Will do. Once I get my yard signs updated, I'll post a pic in the jungle!

Here is a shot of the ones I have on the car in red, white and blue. The yard signs will all be black and white.

I'm painting over my City Council signs and stenciling in the new info. I did these in magic marker, but the yard signs will all be spray painted using the stencil I made. I have 400 to make, so I'll be busy!

Okay, so here are the updated graphics on the car and my yard signs.

I am legally prohibited from spending a single cent on this campaign, so I have had to improvise. The yard signs are recycled from my City Council days. I painted over the old info, and using a stencil I cut from another sign, sprayed the new lettering.

My car is a hoot. I did all of the graphics myself, from gold Mylar left over from a 1989 or 1990 car project, and some assorted vinyl left over from various projects over the years. The flag stickers came from my sister right after 911, and I've been saving them for something special (like this).

I think the new car graphics look a lot better than the sign taped to the car door, LOL!

By the way, this was the car I bought the gold Mylar for. I did all the fiberglass work, the hood scoop, installed all the coyote lights, fabricated the rear spoiler and made station wagons cool again.

Until I got rear-ended and 18 months of work went down the drain...

To many fog lamps. Why not go with a LED light bar?

Ill vote for you! Anyone could do better than our FL governor.

Ill vote for you! Anyone could do better than our FL governor. They didn't have LEDs back then. This shot was taken in 1989. I built that thing when I was about twenty years old. It was supposed to look like something out of a Mad Max movie.

Haha, thanks! I don't know what's exploding in the distance, but there's a train in the background too. That crazy cat looks like one of my orange ones. As soon as I saw it, I had to order it. I have all kinds of reactions to it, mostly like yours.

It goes well with a shirt I picked up at the Titan Missile Museum with a pic of an H-Bomb detonating with the caption, "It Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time..."

What does "Soil and Water" do? Is it a paid position? Full time? I guess if Ronnie could get political there's no reason you can't. :ha: Good luck!

Soil and Water is the most important political office that most people have never heard of. It is an unpaid office (as all should be), and is responsible for helping farmers and rural landowners obtain grants for soil erosion problems, which keeps our creeks free from silt buildup, which affects the quality of our public drinking water supplies.

Ronnie started as an actor and got into politics, as is most often the case (Ahnold, Gopher, Cooter etc). I actually started in politics, and got into acting because I was already used to being on camera. Much like Fred Thompson.
