So I've had my Banana plants for maybe a week, I've re-potted into pots, except for the Basjoo that will be planted in the ground.

I've noticed all the new cigar leafs growing have really curly tips. As you can see in the pics.

Also, on my Ensete maurelii, it seems the new cigar leaf is already halfway up before the last has fully opened outward?

I've only added a Tablespoon or so of granular fertilizer when re-potted.

Is this normal?

Also, I have new water-soluble fertilizer on the way. How long should I hold off on using? Or was the Tablespoon or so of granular already applied not enough to worry about?

After the leaf is out and curly tip is dry pick it off and gently tear it in half. Has spider web like stuff inside. Pretty cool.

Plants look great! Keep doing what you are doing.
