Hi folks

Just thought I'd say hello as I've stumbled on this forum!

We live near the coast in Dorset, UK and we've finally got a garden as opposed to a courtyard!

Main stuff I've got growing so far are palms T. Fortunei, Mexican Fan Palms, P. Canariensis, Dwarf Canary Date Palm, C. Humilis...more on the way from seed - T Fortunei var. Naini Tal, T. Latisectus, and Butia Yatay

I'm keen to get some bananas going so have got some Sikkimensis seeds and sowed them - so far one has just sprouted out of 10. Based on what I've read so far here that's not too bad but I'm not sure when I should prick out the seedling - do I do it immediately or wait for the first true leaf to appear - it's in a heated mini propagator on a south facing windowsill (only way I could get daytime temp up above 30 degrees C)?

Cheers

Chud

Not a lot to show off yet - we've only been in the house a few months!

But here's the Sikkimensis...
