Do you have a photo of the male bud? They appear to be a Cavendish, though perhaps. It a true dwarf, but rather could just use some more fertilizer or water. Looks somewhat like 'Williams'. If you can, also take a photo of the whole plant from standing farther away, and one of the base of the pseudostem after tearing off an outermost sheath so we can see the color of a section which has not been exposed to sunlight.
