I know banana seeds can take a while to germinate.
A year ago I got some (very) fresh Musa velutina seeds and they all germinated quickly. This year, it's been a month and they have done nothing. I presoaked them and then put them in a baggie of moist coir, in a warm location.
Should I just keep them like this? I remember something about alternating temperatures, but don't know the specifics. I would like to try some more banana seeds in the future, too.
