I plant some kind of bananas (dwaf cavendish, basjoo, veltina etc.) in japan.
It makes me so happy, but my wife feels uncomfortable my green thumb. Hum...
she does'nt like soil. I wish she would change her mind when I get my fresh banana in this year.

Leafs(including cigar) like parabola anntena, smell of watermelon and powerful growing are good.

Thank you for reading my letter.

Hello Maturika! Welcome!
We have a couple other members from Japan :
Bananas.org - Googlemap ME (http://www.bananas.org/vbgooglemapme.php)
You should add your location to the map!

Perhaps your wife will appreciate the plants when she sees the pink bananas from the Velutina :)

Welcome Maturika ! Maybe if you have some plants potted up you can cover the soil up with spagnum moss. It looks better than plain old dirt.
