Last fall I cut back and stored my 3 Dwarf Cavendishes and 2 Raja Puris in their pots in a dry 60*F place. One DC and the Raja Puris went dormant for the winter while the pups of the 2 DCs continued to grow.

I pulled all 5 out 5 days ago and exposed them to 70*F and light. The Raja Puris were still green for part of the Pstem and I cut them back so that the remaining Pstem was all green. The DC was dry down to the soil (both the main stem and the pup). When should I expect to see the beginings of the first leaf appear?

The 2 DC pups have already produced one leaf.

Great news, Allen!!! Let me know how they do for you this year... Hopefully, I will start to see some new growth on some of my dormant nanners soon....

The other Raja Puri just started it's first leaf. No response from the remaining Dwarf Cavendish.

Allen, I noticed on the weather underground (http://www.wunderground.com) that the noon time temperatures in Edmonton today were just above freezing! Your new growth is in a greenhouse?
