Lived in S. FL most of my life, was given a couple of plants (small finger fruit) from a neighbor, from them gave a couple plants to brother-in-law in N. FL
I moved to another house in FL, did not take any plants, now live in N. KY.
Soooo I got a plant from my B-in-Law and have it my G.H. in KY.
Before I planted it I put some root hormone on it.....
Is that OK ??
I keep the GH above 60 and have grow lights on the plant.
What do you pros think, please advise as I am new to gardening out side S. FL
In zone 6a

With the temperatures you mention and the extra light they should be okay if they are well rooted in a pot.
If it has no roots it will be difficult even at higher temperatures.

It's been a while but my nanner looks like it's starting to take root.
I have it in my GH at 65 , right now it is snowing and 23 outside.
