Hello all,
Can somebody tell me please if the seeds from my photo gallery are Musa sikkimensis seeds!?Thanks,

Its possible, but its really hard to tell in that photo. Do you have any that are in focus and more detailed of maybe just a few seeds?

I made othe pictures putting some Musa velutina seeds in the roght side of the picture.Can you tell me now if they are Sikkimensis or not?Thanks,

If they are smooth and not "worty" or "porous", they are most likely musa sikkimensis.

I agree, they look like M. sikkimensis.

You should have a load of seedlings in no time. Are you familiar with the sprouting techniques for musa sikkimensis?

Yes I know:I'll put the seeds in water for two-three days as fast as possible after receiving. Change the water pretty often, at least once a day, but if you can change two or three times, that is better.The seeds are then sowed in a light soil mix, that is, soil added sand, vermiculite or perlite to make it more draining. It should be moist, but not wet.

And most important changing temperatures: 14 hrs of 15-20 degrees and 10 hrs of 30-35 degrees!

Ok thanks, I know that, but it is difficult to change the temperatures cause in my house( I hven't got a green house) the temperature is constant about 23-24C degrees :(
