Here's a not so little guy that I found while taking some palm pics in a jungle in Nayarit MX. He had some seriously huge fang, and wouldn't want to meet even a couple of them, much less a swarm. I wear large gloves, so my hands should give some scale to the size of the little bugger.

I believe that is a Carpenter Bee.

I guess they don't use those bug chopers for eating others, just wood.
