wow great job. How tall is the plant? I've a dwarf one potted, would love to see it fruit some day. Are there any you cant grow?

That's awesome Jarred! I have two that just starting to open right now! I can't wait to see the red fruit in my garden again after that last winter took two bunches from me!

We can't grow the high altitude bananas here but everything else is pretty much fair game.

This plant is exactly 9 feet of pseudostem.

And get this - I saved it from a bulldozer.

One of your fellow Texans gave me an awesome D.Red recently and I intend to grow it in my Hatchery all winter . It is already puting on one pup and you are welcome to it.Awesome pics, Jarred! I hope to get a Dw. Red next spring!

This is a beauty, Jarred. I have a Dwarf Red TC and hope to have something half as nice, though Jon told me that reds are typically less cold-hardy, so I may have to just be satisfied with your fine photos unless we get a mild winter.
