Hi I'm new on here and live in Tx as you guessed,I love banana trees And like to meet new gardeners from all over.And love to garden,and learn about new plants.So if I have any questions about a plant,Or hunting for a new one to me. Hope you can help.I'm ready to get started to know you.:2140:
Married.27 1/2 yrs,Have 3 grown boys.The youngest is now serving his second tour in Iraq.And just got the rank of StaffSG,July.Will be back in the states in Nov.

Hi Media, Kenzie and Howard. Thanks so much for the warm welcome.I haven't had time to look at the forums on here,But I will get to all.And hope to see ya'll around here.
And Howard,(army medic).Son is with the 10th Mountain,2nd BrigadeSpecial Troups Batalion.FT.Drum NY.But still a Tx country boy.His company are the ones that search,find and distroy IED's:2196: .And other things.He was in the Marines in 1999-2003.First tour of duty in Iraq.8-13-06 to 11-17-07.will come home then after 3 months extention.Second tour.Thanks for the Prayers,They are glad when they here Americans do care about them..

I have a buddy in 10th Mtn. Div.
I was with 3rd Batt. 75th Ranger Regiment out of Ft. Benning, Ga... with your son's MOS I am sure he spent some time there. And it is the best feeling in the world to know the people you are fighting for care so give him my regards.

Linda- where is Caldwell? I was stationed at Ft. Sam Houston, but that's the extent of my Texas travels. Have friends in Lufkin though.

:woohoonaner: Hi James,Howard And Kylie...Everyone is so nice on here,I thank all of you for your Prayers.Ft.Sam Houston,Thats San Antonio,TX right.I'm 1 1/2 hours east of there.I live 30 miles west of Bryan-College Station.Caldwell is a small town,But trying to grow..We're an hour south of Kaleen.Ft Hood......Son has been in Ft,Drum.for two years,with 10th MNT...But is going to Ft.Campbell KY.with the 101st Aire Born.He is trying to get closer to home.For my hubby's health isn't the best,and Paul is his only child.Take care.Will be looking for all you wonderful people.Have a great day,And get those hands dirty..
