Looks a bit 'Goldfinger' like but hard to tell for sure at this point, keep posting photos, but it is critical that you leave the male bud on! If the male is removed, it will obscure a lot of traits we need to see for a proper ID.
Do you have any information about the plant?

In a couple of days I'll post another photo-
The plant-was purchased, one of 12 corms,of (i.e. sold as) a G.F. from a banana grower from this region.They're growing in a row in front of a row of Lady Fingers.. I thought they were GF. The reason I'm asking, is that a friend,
a Commercial Banana Grower from around here, was looking at them and said he thought that they were'nt GF.
