G'day, I have three banana plants, I think that they are all the same variety.

In the last two pics the plants are looking a bit sorry as a couple of buffalo decided to have a bit of a taste of the leaves.
I can't ID your plants but I can ask good questions for those who may be able to help. Where did you get your plants? If you purchased them, what type did the seller say you were buying? If they came from friends, has the grower ever had had fruit from the parents? (And, if so, did they take pictures? Can they tell you about the taste, etc.?) If you found them by the side of the road (don't laugh--I did that!), then you may not know what you have until they fruit.

The look just like my cavendish. Don't seem to be glaucus and are yellow. Short petioles and long slender leaves. I am no expert but those are my comparisons.

Kluay Khai perhaps? They look like mine do and given that you're in Thailand it makes a good guess.

I got them from a friend, they were clumped around a couple of others that he kept and we replanted them. He said that they hadn't fruited yet.
No reason to laugh about bananas growing on the side of the road. Where I am there's millions of them growing wild on the side of the road, and deeper into the jungles, away from the road.
Here's a few snaps from a recent motorbike trip I took.

Some growing on the side of a road.

Some growing on the edge of a rice paddie.

Close up of previous pic.
Oh, but I found one that had been dug up and had a pup lying out for the "trash guys" to pick up. Seriously. Not going to let that happen. Would you? I was on my bike (foot powered) but figured out how to take/walk her another 1/4 mile or so to my house.

^ That's the best price that you can get them for. I got mine for the same price.

Ah, those ones we call 'egg bananas' The fruit is very golden yellow inside. If that's what I have then I'll be very happy.

I agree with some type of 'Kluay Khai' (aka Sucrier internationally) for the smallest one, the larger ones don't really look like it to me, but it's hard to tell from the photos at this point. Can you get close up photos of the top of the pseudostem where the leaves begin? If you notice on the small one there are some distinct brownish markings in that area which is a classic Sucrier trait.

I was also going by the shorter plant and your belief that they were all the same. I agree the taller ones are difficult to tell.
You need to ask your friend if his clump came from different sources. If not, I'd wager that you probably do have 3 of the same type. Egg bananas sound very exotic and tasty.

Ask and ye shall receive.
I don't know if these pics show what you're looking for, but .....

Aren't those the pics of the smallest one, posted last in the first post above? I think he was asking for those same types of pics but of the other 2 taller ones. That would help make it more clear if they're the same as the smaller Sucrier type or not.

I agree, they look like they are the same type, a Sucrier/Kluay Khai of some sort. There are various cultivars within this group, but the differences are mainly in height and floral characteristics, the fruit is all more or less the same. Another widely recognized international name is Pisang Mas.

I am no expert but it is definitely not a cavendish.
