My neighbor had a hedge row of ficus that was HEAVILY infested with whitefly and did nothing about it till they died. This I think caused my infestation which I've never had before.

For the first time today I noticed the older leaves on my two bananas (separated by ~40') both had serious white fly infestation on the underside of the older leaves.

My Atemoya got it too and I had to trim and burn most of the green leaves on the atemoya. On the bananas I sprayed a mixture of neem, organocide and a bit of castile soap.

I'm not sure this is going to kill them, so has anyone here had a problem with white fly and found a non poisonous cure?

I have some BAYER ADVANCED Fruit, Citrus & Vegetable Insect Control Liquid
but I'm hesitant to use it.

Neem and soap, though excellent for eradicating/discouraging pests, do not produce immediate results. But you knew that, right? I don't know if Bayer's formulation is organic which I assume is your goal.

I am not an organic gardener; I'm cheap and like to let Nature do most of the work for free. That said, if a pest is decimating my plants before slower eradication/control methods work, I am not above using a "short session" of a costly chemical. It's cheaper than replacing plants and I'm not attempting to be certified organic.
