Nicholas might have some suggestions for you.
Any of the varieties I've grown would be toppled over by a 20 mph wind gust from the right direction when sporting an unpropped bunch of fruit. Consider that a typical bunch weight is between 40lbs and 80lbs.

FHIA3 - Sweetheart is one of my favorites. Fungus has not been an issue, it is good cooked and out of hand, and a manageable height. We planted our first TC sweetheart a year ago and have had 2 large crops already. I prop mine as a precaution but it is not supposed to require propping. Don and Katie at Going Bananas in Homestead should have some available. I have a wait list for pups from mine.

You can run in to some size issues with Saba:-)

Many of us believe that Going Bananas is selling Dwarf Cavendish as Sweetheart.

Mine came from Going Bananas and has all of the wonderful characteristics of Sweetheart. Never has any fungus issues, has HUGE racemes, and taller than DC.

Is it sweet to the point of nausea?
