Hello im new here. Im interested in learning how to grow bananas out of tissue culture, sometin like dat lol. Where can i start i already cutted 2 sucker banana today . Which part du i save or cut to. I cutting alittle above where da stem an da round bottom where get da root. I need help lol

Wassup everyone im new here. Im currently a small self employed farmer on oahu. We plant all kine fruit an vegetable. An 1 is currently apple banana. Well we play dem da hard labor way but digging an plant da sucker. Ive always wanted to try tissue culture an grow it dat way so labor wont b dat hard on us. Well thanks for having me here. I would love to learn from u guys an mayb begin starting in a few days.

Unless you have a lab you'd have to buy TC plants from someone else. Here is a video on it

Thanks da video seem helpful but seem hard lol. Im gona try to attempt to learn, but wat is da liquid thing dey put in wit da small cutting in da final step wen they leave it for a week or so

This stuff I guess, Plant Tissue Culture | Media, Salt, and vitamins | Banana Medium (http://www.himedialabs.com/intl/en/products/Plant-Tissue-Culture/Media-Salt-and-vitamins-Banana-Medium/100000138) looks like they supply both rooting a sprouting medias.

I'm pretty sure any part of the plant would do. I've seen some threads on this and info is easy to get if you google it. I don't know much about this and prefer the natural way; digging pups.
