Hi, I have had a dwarf banana tree for almost 6 years and have never gotten fruit. I am looking to buy a species that I can grow inside that will be the smallest type possible and still produce fruit. What would be best? I have been looking at the super dwarf Cavendish and the truly tiny. Thank you!

I hear Super Dwarf are very hard to get to bloom, I have had them for 3 years and no blooms yet, even with full sun, heat, and lots of fertilizer crammed into them lol. I just grow them for foliage now. I am not sure about Truly Tiny and have not tried that one yet.

Do you have a photo ?
What size pot do you have it in?
Are you growing your plants under lights/or move it outdoors in the summer?
Banana plants will not fruit or reach proper maturity in a home under "home conditions" the plants need to be outdoors for it to reach its full potential.
You could repot ( to a bigger container) your dwarf plant and move it outside in the summer and see what it does.
Good luck
