I am growing several types of bananas in my backyard, and all are doing quite well, with the possible exception of the Musa Mysore. It has reached 8 feet in height for the stalk and now the leaves, as they are growing out of the crown, bend and fold about 2 or 3 feet from the crown and just hang limp. More leaves are coming out, and the hanging ones look green and healthy, except for the fact that they have folded over and are drooping down. Is this a problem, or is it natural? If it is a problem, what is the cause and how can I fix it?
Thanks for any suggestions.
