Nice pics, and nice plant too! Are those seeds I see in the fourth picture in the split fruit?

Those are not seeds. They are black areas. This is surely a common banana, but I do not know which banana cultivar. Thanks for your interest. KeyWest

:bananas_b ......I think its a Manzano (apple) banana.The fruit and leaf looks very much like the variety I used to have yeaaars ago LOL.Maybe these pics could help ID.

I wish that was my stalk but its NOT:0493: .The pictures are from the Banana Collection at the USDA in P.R. When I was a kid my pops had the Manzano variety in the yard.Maybe someone else could confirm the ID.
