Harbor Freight......If you have one..Search results for: 'solar panel' (http://www.harborfreight.com/catalogsearch/result?q=solar+panel)
They have small solar panels and solar trickle chargers also.

My guess is that your looking for solar ventilation on a green house project.

Do not use the word CHEAP......Less expensive sounds less cheap. lol

Example.....Which sounds better.

I am going to buy my wife that cheap ass wedding ring....

I second the Harbor Freightt suggestion.
Heard something interesting today: apparently Home Depot and Lowes both accept the "20% off" coupons from Harbor Freight. Has anyone tried that?

Has anyone tried that?I haven't but I wonder why they would since HF doesn't sell the same products. However, if they do, someone tell me how it works; HF is too far from me and the others aren't.

Will have to ask my local HD. Did some research and there are several sellers on Ebay selling the Harbor Freight coupons claiming they will be accepted at HD and Lowes.
Would be awesome as I have a load of Harbor Freight coupons.

What are you making, Macgyver.
A power vent for your dog house?
Youtube has some good ideas.

Thats exactly what I want to do Bobbie Six Killer.....
I need a small panel like that and want to install in my GH since I have a computer fan thats large anyhow. So even on days when the vents open and the door its still really hot.

Thats the setup I kinda had in mind .
Solar + battery+ switch /photocell+ fan device.
I recall your other posts, are you still getting good performance with your system?

Does the guy in that video have a battery? All he says is just the solar panel and computer fan. The closet thing worked fine but I bought a greenhouse at the old house and no longer used the closet. Bought a new house last year and brought greenhouse along.

For my purposes it works well. I haven't been using it for the last couple months. I'm working on a new camera but will probably have to wait until summer to finish that project.

Now I found a outdoor solar light at Walmart. For ten bucks. It has the same size it looks like the guy has in the video. But I hate to waste the light just for the solar panel.

I've seen plenty of solar panels alongside the road. You just need to remove them from the flashing lights they're operating...
