I was just wondering because if you lived near Chattanooga it would be easier to get one to you. I have one that got overrun by some bamboo that I need to move and if I can even get it out it certainly won't all be in one piece and I'd probably have an extra pup.

Come spring.... the big box stores usaully carry them in your area usually under $20.00 for a 5 gal container.
Call ahead and see when the deliveries start .

Not so...many common banana plants/Basjoos are propagated at commercial nurseries in central Florida and shipped to Big Box chains across the country. And once they get in your yard they are just like any cool tolerant Basjoo.
Check out this post, it could help you later

You have some potential stores in your area that might carry them.

Once they get established and get some size they should do fine for you.

Fingers crossed
