Lots of very interesting information. Can't wait to try my FHIA 1 & 2. It's very interesting that people rated both of them quite a bit below Grand Naine and Williams.

the results on fhia 21 were interesting to me. they make it seem really good until you get to the end of the analysis. my preference is ripe plantains so i was a bit disappointed. i guess i will have to wait and see how i like them. at least they make good (unripe) plantain chips.

Take it with a grain of salt. I have customers tell me that they love FHIA 1 and some who don't like bananas in general but will eat FHIA 1. Williams may be better at many stages of ripeness but not at all yellow.
