I am just curious... Do I trim down on the fertilizer, water more? I just added some ashes from my burn pit and now I'm wondering if that was a good idea. I didn't see anything specific when i searched.
thanks in advance

It's never a good idea to dramatically change the ph level, an adequate amount of water is the most important from now until harvest.
I use a lot of biochar, but not much ash.

will the ash throw off the ph? up or down?
edit: ash will raise the ph if too much is applied. not sure what the long-term impact will be on sandy soil. i guess we'll see what happens.

For a large plant, or mat you can put a cup in the 5 gal and a cup of Potassium sulphate.. What you see over the next couple days is amazing.. :^)

Do a search.. and find the cheapest place for shipping for you. Kelp4less don't have the ultrafines no more... They have a potash granular product.. I consider ultrafines the Gold Standard.. Just don't get it wet in the bag.. :^)

In the short term it will increase, but with the amount of rain we get in Florida, the effects will nearly be gone in 6 months.

please don't get me started on all of the pointless threads you start with 0 responses. there must be hundreds that everyone has to weed through to find some useful info. i'm sure in your senility they're helpful in remembering how meaningless your life is, but go troll somewhere else.

We can all still learn something! Dont care who you are. Learning is easiest when we all can get along. Doesn't always work like that though.

i don't. however, i guarantee 9/10 people on the forum do not appreciate having 10 back to back posts that are pointless to everyone except the op. it is evident in the lack of responses. when someone does respond, either he doesn't respond back or gives some crappy attitude. someone needs to put that in check to maintain good, healthy dialogue on the site--the point of a forum.

that's fine if you guys want to deal with it. however, for the majority of us this is unacceptable. especially the personal attacks and constant trolling. seniority means nothing if you have a piss poor attitude. with seniority typically comes wisdom and a willingness to share it, but i guess tony missed the bus or took the short one because he is truly handicapped in that capacity.
or put me on your ignore list like I do for BS members :ha::ha::ha::ha: and merce is one of them :ha::ha::ha::ha:
i guess that's why you're still posting useless clutter in my thread. i hope this is just your internet personality. otherwise, i feel sorry for you sir, because you are truly a sad case. maybe you should consider taking up a part time job or something to preoccupy your time.
just my .02. admins can you please lock this thread? i have the info i need.
