Hi everybody. I live in northern Florida and I am going to plant three banana plants. I am planting them at the end of a swimming pool to provide a visual screen and tropical feel, but also would love fruit! I am considering three different varieties and would love some opinions if anyone is out there.... Ladyfinger, Goldfinger, or Pisang Ceylon. Please let me know any opinions on attractiveness of plant, wind resistance (not against a building), and tastiness of fruit. I think I will do all three the same variety because I think it wil look better. Thanks for your help!!

Dwarf Namwah, Orinoco, and PC.. 2 talls and a short.. I think GoldFinger would tick you off come winter if you have any winter.. :^)

My Orinoco seems pretty wind resistant, also Raja Puri is supposed to be very wind resistant, and has huge leaves.
