Is it possible to have a plant with 3 leaves get a flower? If so...how lame will it be since the plant was just put in the ground about 2 months ago after the winter under the house.
It has a total of 3 leaves on it.

True. I have never had a flower in 15 years of bananaing...but it looks like it's coming. I am excited and apprehensive all at once.

After 15 years I wish you much luck.. Just keep feeding it the same and all should be well. What kind is it? :^)

Yes. Probably Orinoco / Dwarf Orinoco (depending on the normal height) or some closely related Bluggoe variety, but the fruit need to fill more before I would feel more certain.

What has happened? All my flowers are falling out and not producing bananas? It is very much a letdown.
Can I fix it? Or is it doomed?

So there is not anything wrong? It's just natural because they are males fingers? So I will still have female fingers further down?

Your top larger fingers, though not many are / is probably all you will have though on a rarity it does happen...

That is a bummer. Glad I didn't do something to mess it up though.

About the only thing you could do is keep it warm over winter (essentially make it think it is in the tropics), but that's a lot easier said than done!
