Nice. Did the bee's find the hives on their own or did you bring the bee's to hive?

Found out recently that our Florida Governor signed a law a few years back that allows the keeping of hives to fall under state jurisdiction. And the state jurisdiction trumps my local city ordinances which doesn't allow managed hives in residential areas.

No had to purchase one nuc of bee's and horse traded for the second nuc:}

Great that you can now keep bee's on your place in the city:}

As far as honey...well some honey this year if my a$$ociates keep busy lol

Most of it though will remain for the winter for them to be able to make it through...

But who know's I may get lucky....

No I got 6 boxes out trying to attract swarms however; without any old frames of brood or honey it's tough to get them to move in...

However; now dat I will have some soon, maybe I can get a little honier?

Uh honier is dat a word :ha: lol
