…that devious Canadian meteorologists have sent this recent cold wave to the States,
so that people in the southern states could finally be trained in low temperature banana

PS:
Meanwhile we have a regular little heatwave up here (at least in the interior of British
Columbia). Today it was +8^C (46^F) and by Monday it is supposed to climb up to
+10^C (50^F). Eat your shivering hearts out down there :ha:
Meanwhile sit by the fireplace.:)

I used Edward Snowden because he is a guy, who has revealed more secrets than
anybody else, I can think of. I certainly do not want this to evolve into a debate
about the impact of his actions, good or bad. That would be a subject for a political
board, and this is not one.

No, Migael, I was actually stone cold sober, at least as far as booze was concerned;
just intoxicated with pleasure, to see you shivering. :ha: But seeing your weather
report ended all that :(
BTW, your knowledge of Canadian beer is outstanding. You must have studied it. :ha:

I always get a laugh when I see a post wondering how many hours it will be below freezing. Because here sometimes I wonder how many weeks it will be below 0ºF.

But, I can't find that data on NASA's websites. But, I know damn well that Dec. 2017 to May 2018 was unusually cold all over the northern hemisphere.
This year, it's been pretty warm, so far.
