That's one of the very nice things here.. If someone asks a Question usually someone has a solid answer.. :^)

Saints in their 2nd Super Bowl!

Anything is possible considering only one home team won this weekend. :^)

I hope there are no freezes, no hurricanes, and no floods. I also need to have my dissertation written by the end of the year.

The Northern La. Mardi Gras Schedule..

Feb. 15 Monroe, La Mardi Gras Parade.. (Home of the Duck Commander) Good thing about this one is great parking accessibility all along the North side of the Parade Route.

22 Feb. & 1 March Shreveport, La. Both Parades have same parade route.. Family Area where no drinking is allowed is along Clyde Fant Pkwy in the Park by the VA Hosp (Below it).

Now there are probably more Parades in the area but these are the best one's.. :^)

Banana wise, I should be getting my first taste of fruits from the following varieties: Gros Michel, Baloy, SH-3640, Chini Champa, FHIA-2, FHIA-3, FHIA-25, and Veinte Cohol. It's an exciting year. I did a lot of collecting last year so maybe I will have a winner. I will also finish planting out the farm I have been leasing. I will probably finish it out in a combination of FHIA-17 and Williams.

I should be getting fruit this year for the first time from my Dwarf Namwah, Dwarf Red, Variegated Dwarf Cavendish, African Rhino Horn, Kru, FHIA-18, supposed Ebun Musak, supposed Pisang Raja, & SH-3640 (if I'm lucky). My goal is to buy 2 of the lots bordering mine this year and planting every variety of banana I can get my hands on! I also want to plant more Mysore and Gros Michel, since they are among my top favorites and I only have 2 of each.
