put a hose and stick it in the hole and connect it to your cars exhaust pipe did this in Montana it really is the best way carbon monoxide kills everything! :0493: just rev that engine for a while. hence most will die inside the holes but if they do come out you can watch them have seizures
note: this is not a family event you should not have kids watching its kind of traumatic the way they scream :S

and for a friendly way Plant a gopher spurge. This is a plant that gophers seem to dislike. Plant several in your gopher infested areas.

Going to try the beans and the carbon monoxide.

Maybe they will explode!

It is not any kind of beans, it is castor beans.
Be careful with having pets around. The castor beans have to be buried very deep in the gopher tunnel and make sure that they cannot be pushed out to above ground.
Personally, I cannot use this method with having dogs, cats and chickens around.

I've heard that Juice Fruit gum in the tunnels can be effective.

Put TOMCAT jelly worms in the tunnels. They are designed for gophers and moles, voles. Any Lowes or HD. I haven't seen a tunnel all year this year.

I tried all that in Santa Barbara. For me trapping was very easy but the are rodents and screw like hell. Solution, move to Hawaii. We don't have gophers. No I just need to deal with the mongoose.
